A bit cramped bathroom, a little small room, we were a little disappointed.

Its location a short way from a public square was unbeatable. The airport was approx 26 minutes' drive away. The room was amazing & lovely for medium to long clothes, reasonable prices.

The location was mind-blowing, within walking distance to all the must-see attractions, stations, and restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet and safe at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. Stefano was super helpful with great communication and even provided replacement towels. The clean and spacious flat had everything we needed, with fresh linen, toiletries, and even a small safe. The Wi-Fi was strong and there were plenty of windows for natural light. The price was reasonable considering how accessible the location was. We also loved the nearby coffee shop and wine bar. If we return to , we would definitely stay here again.

The air-conditioned rooms were a lifesaver in the hot summer weather. I could relax and cool down after a long day of exploring Rome. Having a desk in the room was so convenient. I could catch up on some work or write postcards without any hassle. The kettle in the room was a nice touch. I could make myself a cup of tea or coffee whenever I wanted, just like at home. The fridge in the room was great for keeping my drinks chilled. It was nice to have cold beverages waiting for me after a day of sightseeing. The safety deposit box provided peace of mind. I could easily store my valuables and enjoy my day without worrying about them. The flat-screen TV was a bonus for some downtime. I could relax and unwind with my favorite shows or movies. The private bathroom with a bidet was a luxurious touch. It made me feel like I was staying at a fancy hotel. Some rooms even had a kitchen with an oven, microwave, and stovetop. It was perfect for those who wanted to prepare their own meals.

Personally, I didn't really care for the city view in my room. But I understand that some guests might enjoy it.

I had a fantastic stay at the guest house. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Termini. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully renovated, with a modern and minimalist style that was a refreshing change. The communication with the host was excellent, even though the check-in was done remotely. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and a comfy bed. I highly recommend this guest house.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. the room was not cleaned or had the sheets and towels changed throughout my 5-night stay.
